For online purchases, Nykieria Chaney LLC accepts the return of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 7 days after purchase. Merchandise marked for sale is not returnable for Director Bae. All sales merchandise is final sale during promotional clearance events. All sales are final on undergarments, waist beads, face masks, jewelry, cosmetics and sneakers. Partial returns of multiple item promotions forfeit all promotional pricing. Returns are refunded in the method of store credit. Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them-shoeboxes used as shipping boxes will not be accepted. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. Store issued gift cards (Store Credits) are non-transferable and cannot be sold..

 

*Holiday purchases made in December may be returned or exchanged through January 7th of the following year.

Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), production turnaround varies between Print Providers. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order date.

 

While some items are in stock and ready to ship, Custom Waist Beads are made to order. Handmade items may take up to ten business days to be completed and shipped. Custom orders may take up to ten business days depending on product demand. Once an order leaves our hands we will notify the customer with the tracking number for the shipment.

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of three options: First Class Mail (standard shipping), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or Priority Mail Express (overnight). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. We are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.

The arrival date is estimated based on your location and choice of shipment. US orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail can take 1-8 days to be delivered. US orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail take 1-3 days to be delivered.  If any further shipment delays incur due to backordered items or unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather) we will communicate updated status information as it becomes available via email and inform the customer of the expected completion, shipment, and delivery date.
